Filling out the data sheet does not replace document scanning, it only speeds it up.

 

According to the current legislation, all accommodation providers are obliged to record the data in the guest's travel document via the document reader before checking in. Check-in to the apartment is only possible after the e-check-in procedure.

We can help with the scanning if you send high-quality photos from the passports of all adult guests (full data sheet with photo, sharp, perpendicular, without reflection, it is important that the number line is visible at the bottom).

 

To issue a mandatory e-invoice for every stay, please enter your address with zip code (one address is enough) - even if you do not need an invoice.
